Dr. Monte Harrel is an optometrist, or eye doctor, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of subtle vision problems that can affect reading and learning.

These problems are important to find and treat in children's vision care, as these vision problems can often be mistaken for learning disabilities such as ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) and ADHD (Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder.)

Our vision training clinic, the Oklahoma Vision Development Center, has quickly become a leader in vision development services for learning related vision problems, eyestrain and double vision.
